Return Policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the delivery date of your order. To request a return, your item must meet certain conditions:

It must be in pristine condition, meaning it should be unopened, unused, and with any seals intact.
You must possess the order receipt or proof of purchase.
You will bear the shipping costs and a return processing fee.
We advise customers to track their returned packages. If there are no tracking updates or if the package seems lost during transit, contacting the courier for assistance is recommended.

Once your returned item has been confirmed to meet our criteria and inspected at our warehouse, we'll initiate the refund process. Typically, this takes 7-10 business days from the item's arrival at our warehouse.

If your return request is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.
